  1. Why would I use a cleaning service?

    Having a cleaning service that you can rely on can be a life saver.

    • Holiday / Special event preparation.
    • Get those nagging tasks done that you never have time for like cleaning out the attic or basement, washing windows and walls, getting rid of those dust bunnies.
    • Deep cleaning of your entire home, who has a whole day to dedicate to cleaning their house?

  2. How much is going to cost me?

    Spotless Cleaning Services is an independently owned cleaning service which means you enjoy the benefits without the high prices.

    Rates are based on

    • The size of your home.
    • Additional rooms - bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
    • Rates for your initial cleaning typically be 20% higher than maintenance cleanings.
    • Difficulty of tasks to be completed.
    • Lower rates are given for maintenance cleanings scheduled at regular intervals weekly or bi-weekly.
    • Initial cleanings typically start around $80
    • Maintenance cleanings typically range from $50 - $80 and up for large homes.

    In home assessments are scheduled before the actual cleaning takes place and a firm price is given so there are no surprises.

  3. How long will it take?

    That depends on the size of your home and condition.  Typically an initial cleaning takes 3.5 - 5hrs and maintenance cleanings take 1.5 - 2hrs.


  4. Do I have to supply the cleaning products?

    All cleaning products are included. I can also bring the mop, broom and vacuum.

    This also pertains to specialty products as listed on the home page.

  5. How long have you been in business?

    I have over five years of experience in residential cleaning as well as commercial. I have been doing this full time for a little over a year now.

  6. Is your work guaranteed?

    100%   If something isn't right give me a call and I will take care of it immediately.

  7. Do you offer emergency cleaning service?

    I am available 24/7 should the need arrise.

  8. How do I prepare for your visit?

    There are a few things you can do in preparation for your cleaning to make the process efficient and save time.

    1. Make a list of priorities, concerns, questions.

    2. Clear counter tops, tables and all areas needing cleaned of personal items and clutter so that I can get to work right away.

    3. Let me know ahead of time if you have any special tasks needing done or if you would like to work on a special project the next visit so that I can prepare.


  9. Do you make a cleaning plan based on the layout of my home?

    Upon the initial cleaning I am taking notes and will design an individualized cleaning plan fto meet your goals based on the layout of your home and frequency of cleanings.

  10. What does the typical cleaning schedule consist of?

    Weekly cleanings: 

    • Initial cleaning (deep clean)
    • 3 weeks of maintenance cleaning
    • 4th week is deep cleaning including high dusting

    Bi-weekly cleanings:

    • Initial deep cleaning
    • 2 maintenance cleanings
    • 4th cleaning is a deep cleaning including high dusting

    Monthly cleanings:

    • Monthly cleanings are treated as deep cleanings each time

    These are typical schedules, you can choose the cleaning you receive based on your needs.
